• All moneys are held in Trust on behalf of the client until the matter is finalised, settlement has been successfully executed and any post settlement issues are concluded.
• Clients receive a Service Disclosure Statement and Costs Agreement once we are instructed to act your your behalf.
• All legal work is covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• We act on your behalf, and pursue your best interest at all times, this includes any unexpected events that may occur in the process.
• No conflict of interest with other parties such as brokers, financiers or conveyancers.
• It is our responsibility that we are have prepared the necessary requirements in order for settlement to be executed on the day it is scheduled.  If settlement fails due to the fault of other parties, if required we will recover costs on your behalf.

We encourage clients to register online, all money will be held in trust on your behalf and for only an initial retainer of $350.00 to get started.
