We accept Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard), EFT or Cheque.
Our base rates for Conveyancing are:
$599.00 for Property Purchases
$759.00 for Property Sales.
These rates do not cover third party fees that maybe required. Such disbursements will be paid on your behalf from moneys you have deposited in our trust account.
This is a base rate for basic conveyancing services and is usually all that is required, however there are a number of additional services that are exempt.
The conveyancing process can be complicated and therefore the total disbursements is not always known at the commencement of the matter. Clients are required to make an initial down payment as a deposit into our Trust Account once they register with us.
