Q. How long will the process take?
A. This can vary according to visa class. DIAC publishes service standards and it is our experience that these service standards are accurate. Some applications may take longer due to additional character and integrity checks.
Q. How much will everything cost?
A. At the time of instruction we will give you an estimate of all legal costs you may incur. Please note our pricing is scaled to current market and extremely competitive, with the added benefit of acquiring the services of an Immigration Law Specialist.
Q. Do you provide any guarantees?
A. No. You either satisfy the VISA criteria or not. If we assess you as not satisfying the criteria, we will not act for you.
We have an extremely high success rate.
It is our policy that if in the unlikely event that we make an error in your application, we will either refund all monies paid to us in full, or relodge a fresh application without charge.
Q. Do you have references or testimonials?
A. We welcome feedback from clients in regards to our services, however as a lawfirm we are responsible for the privacy of our clients and therefore we are not responsible for referrences or recommendations clients may provide to other interested parties.
Q. My Visa is being cancelled, what do I do?
A. Seek urgent Specialist legal advice.
Q. What do I have to do to get Australian Permanent Residency? What courses should I do?
A. Permanent Residence is awarded to those who satisfy the criteria set out in the Migration Act. It is not dependent on a course undertaken, but on the skill needs of Australia.
Q. Why don't you have free consultations or free assessments?
A. We want to give our clients valuable, thorough and detailed advice from the start.
The DIAC web site provides a great deal of information about Australian Migration and there is also a "self-assess" process called the Visawizard. This is free.
We do not repeat the information available on the DIAC web site.
